More.You Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

More.You is a link-in-bio platform operated by LoadFocus LTD (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the More.You website, create an account, publish a page, or visit a page someone else published, and what rights you have over that data.

2. What we collect

1. Account data — your email address, the name and page name you choose, and a hashed password (we never store passwords in readable form). If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, we receive the name and email that provider shares.
2. Page content — everything you add to your page: text, images, links, products, events, booking settings and other blocks.
3. Usage and analytics data — visits to your page and clicks on its blocks, together with the referring platform and post (this powers attribution), the visitor’s country derived from their IP address, and technical log data such as browser type.
4. Payment data — if and when paid features are offered, payments will be handled by a payment provider; we will not store full card numbers ourselves.

3. Your page is public by design

The purpose of a More.You page is to be found. When you publish, your page and the content on it are public, and are also published in machine-readable formats (such as llms.txt, an agent manifest and structured data). Public content can be read, indexed and processed by third parties we do not control, including search engines and AI systems. Do not put anything on your page that you do not want public.

4. Visitors to creator pages

If you visit a More.You page, we process your visit and any clicks to show the page owner their analytics, including which platform and post referred you and your country. This data is presented to page owners in aggregate form; we do not sell it, and we do not build cross-site advertising profiles from it.

5. How we use your data

We use the data above to operate and secure the Service, to render and deliver your public page, to show you your own analytics, to prevent fraud and abuse, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the product. Where consent is required — for example for non-essential cookies or marketing email — we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

6. AI features

Some features use third-party AI providers (for example to generate content suggestions or page formats). When you use such a feature, we pass the provider only the data needed to deliver it. We do not use your private account data to train our own AI models.

7. Sharing

We share data only with: service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payments, AI providers) under contracts limiting their use of it; authorities where the law requires it; and a successor operator if the business is reorganised or sold, under this same policy. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

9. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your pages come down and your data is deleted within a reasonable period, except for short-lived backups and records we must keep by law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Use the data request form or write to us; we respond within the timescales the law sets. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and optional cookies for preferences and analytics, which you can accept or reject in the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

12. Children

The Service is not directed at children and requires users to be at least 18, or the age of digital consent where they live if higher.

13. Changes and contact
