Data Protection Statement
Updated September 2, 2026
1. Roles
LoadFocus LTD, operating More. You, is the controller for the data of account holders and visitors to the More. You marketing site. For visitor analytics collected on pages that creators publish, we process that data to provide the creator’s analytics; creators are responsible for what they choose to publish and for any data they collect from their audience through their own offers.
2. Legal bases
We process data on the following bases: contract (operating your account and rendering your page), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, aggregate product analytics), consent (non-essential cookies, marketing email, certain AI features), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
3. Subprocessors
We use a small set of service providers to run the platform: cloud hosting and content delivery, transactional email delivery, payment processing (when paid features are offered) and AI model providers for AI-assisted features. Each is bound by a data processing agreement limiting their use of the data to providing the service. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
4. Security measures
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS on all pages, including custom domains, with automatically managed certificates). Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. Backups are retained for a limited period and covered by the same access controls.
5. International transfers
Where processing happens outside the UK or EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with the relevant provider.
6. Data subject requests
Access, export, correction, deletion and objection requests can be made through the data request form or by writing to hello@more.you. We verify the requester’s identity and respond within statutory timescales. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Related documents
The full picture of what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy; the terms governing use of the Service are in the Terms of Service.
