What you can’t sell on More. You

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy covers everything you sell, and everything you accept tips for, through your More. You page. You can sell digital products and services you deliver yourself, and accept tips; physical goods can’t go through More. You checkout, so link to another shop for those. The policy follows the law and the rules of Stripe, which processes every payment, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. Some things that are fine to show or link to on your page still can’t be sold through it.

Stripe lists some categories as “restricted”: they need Stripe’s written approval before you sell them. If you have that approval, send us a copy before you list the product.

Not sure whether something is allowed? Email contact@more.you with a link to your page and a description of the product before you list it. We would rather answer a question than pause a shop.

1. Illegal or dangerous goods and services

Anything illegal where you are, or in a country you sell to, and anything that helps someone get it. This includes: drugs and drug equipment; weapons, ammunition, explosives and fireworks; hazardous materials; stolen goods or data; fake IDs, documents or references; and products or instructions designed to cause harm.

2. Adult content

Pornographic or sexually explicit material, adult services (including escort, companion and adult chat services), and paid access to any of these, whether real or AI-generated. You can’t sell it, put it behind a paywall, or accept tips for it.

3. Things you don’t have the rights to sell

Your own work can include material you’re licensed to use, such as stock photos or fonts. We may ask you to show the licence.

4. Money, trading and “get rich quick”

Teaching about money, investing or business is fine, as long as you don’t promise results.

5. Health claims

Products that claim to cure, treat or prevent a disease, or that replace medical care; prescription medicines, medical devices and telemedicine; and supplements sold with harmful or unproven claims. Fitness programmes, wellbeing guides and coaching are fine, without medical claims.

6. Gambling and prizes

Betting, casino games, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, paid-entry contests with prizes, and betting or odds tips.

7. Fake engagement, accounts and identity

8. Gift cards, credits and virtual items

Gift cards, prepaid cards and credits for someone else’s service, and in-game currency or items (unless you run the game).

9. Regulated products

Alcohol, tobacco and vapes, cannabis and CBD (including growing guides), and anything else that needs a licence to sell where you are. Don’t sell into a country where the product is illegal.

10. Hate, violence and harm

Anything that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination against people, or that targets or endangers children. This is already banned on your page by our Terms; it’s also banned from anything you sell.

How to sell honestly

Tips

Tips are a way for people to thank you for content you’ve already shared, on your page or elsewhere. Someone who tips you isn’t buying anything and isn’t owed anything. Tips can’t be used to raise money for charities, causes or other people, or for anything this policy prohibits.

Rules in your country

Stripe bans some categories only in certain countries. For example, it bans fortune-telling and psychic services in Japan, Mexico and Thailand, and donations to individuals in Japan. Follow the rules for the country your Stripe account is in.

What happens if you break these rules

Depending on what we find, we may remove a product, hide your buy buttons, pause your ability to sell, or close your account. We may also tell Stripe and, where the law requires it, the authorities.

Our systems check payment activity automatically and can pause selling straight away if they detect patterns that suggest fraud, such as many failed card payments in a short time. High dispute rates can also lead Stripe or us to limit selling; Stripe treats disputes on more than 0.75% of payments as excessive. Sellers who repeatedly sell material that infringes other people’s rights lose access to Shop features.

When we take one of these steps, we’ll tell you what we did, why, and how to appeal, unless the law stops us or telling you would help someone commit fraud.

Questions and appeals

If you think we’ve made a mistake, or you want to check whether something is allowed, email contact@more.you with your page link and the details. A person will review it.

Report a product

See something on a More. You page that breaks this policy, or that infringes your rights? Email contact@more.you with: the link, what’s wrong and why, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe the report is accurate and made in good faith.
